Florida Marlins vs. Philadelphia Phillies
Friday July 28 2006. 7: 05 e.t.
Citizens Bank Park. Philadelphia, Pa.
No one expected this series to have much meaning for the playoffs at the
start of the year, but with the wild-card a muddled mess in the NL, anything
can happen. The
Phillies really need to get on a roll, and what better place
to start then right here at home against the young
Marlins in a rare
five-game series that’s making up an earlier rainout. The division rivals
have played only four times so far this season, with the Phillies holding a
3-1 edge.
