Crossgates Mall Traffic
The state and mall should make the road around Crossgates
ONE WAY
counter clockwise during the holiday season. This would create a large "traffic circle" around the mall,cutting down on congestion.

And making it take 8 years to travel around the mall if you cant get over to turn into the parking lot.
