they just get lucky enough to have a date with the windshield if they wreck,or even luckier if they project through it and have a sec date with pavement
i dont think its above the law.
usually in dmv its stated you SHOULD or are REQUIRED by law to wear your seatbelt, i like to believe people have common scence and put it on anyway for thier own safety and the safety of others, ..to think i would have someones decapatated or severed extremeties slap me if they go through the window or windshield and get on me...gah! the nerve!
