90 minute sessions every half hour include land training on a rowing machine, tours, familiarization with equipment and weather permitting, time on the water in an 8 person rowing shell with experienced rowers.
Anyone 7th grade thru adult is invited (under 18 must have parent or guardian sign waiver).
